Apple acknowledges iPhone 5 camera problem

There has been quite a huge discussion about the so called purple flare of the iPhone 5 camera. Now, finally Apple has taken a statement when they answered an angry customer. They acknowledged the problem and said that you shouldnt point your iPhone 5 camera into bright light sources when taking pictures. Well thats one hell of a great solution.

Our engineering team just gave me this information and we recommend that you angle the camera away from the bright light source when taking pictures. The purple flare in the image provided is considered normal behavior for iPhone 5's camera. Until now it is unknown what causes this strange phenomenon, but photography experts think this might have to do with the sapphire glass that covers the iPhone 5 camera. But to be honest, there are some people out there who say that their iPhone 5 doesnt seem to have that problem, which makes me think that only some of the production runs have this issue.

So instead of complaining about this, stop holding your camera wrong. Also, this is a great new feature. Also, its not Apple's fault that the sun is purple.
